This course is designed to bring together the fundamental skills of DJing and provide students with a directed study that allows for in-depth exploration of their individual style and creative vision. Building on previous DJ courses, students will refine their technical proficiency in mixing, beatmatching, and track selection, while also developing an understanding of performance dynamics and audience engagement. This course offers a blend of practical hands-on experience and theoretical study, with students focusing on their unique artistic expression, preparing them to perform live, curate sets, and navigate the business side of DJing. By the end of the course, students will have a polished portfolio, including a final live performance or recorded mix, showcasing their skills and artistic identity.
