Describe your favorite Berklee experience so far.

I've gotten to go with friends to Caf shows all the time, and it's so much fun. One that stands out was the Phineas & Ferb ensemble.

When you think about your favorite class so far, what is one example of why you enjoyed it?

One of my favorite classes was my first-semester college writing class, which I loved because of it being a little breath of fresh air in the music.

What is your favorite part about studying and living in Boston?

I get to be surrounded by others who have the same mindset as me. I'm around people daily who all they want to do is music, and I see myself in each of them.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone applying to Berklee College of Music/Boston Conservatory at Berklee?

Put your all in and show them who you are. Don't try to choose your song based on what you think the school wants to hear; they want to see you in your zone.

Where is your favorite place on campus?

The esplanade down at the Charles. It isn't technically "on campus" but it was the place I resorted to whenever I needed a little peace and quiet.

Why did you choose Berklee?

I knew that I wanted to have a well-rounded music education around people with similar mindsets, and that's exactly what I've gotten. I know that I want to be able to play in bands and work in the industry, and there's no better place than here.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I have quite some time before I graduate, but hopefully I'll be touring and performing.

What have you enjoyed most about the live shows you've been involved in at Berklee?

I get to really put in the work for a show with other people who love this craft. I'd been performing and touring for six years prior to coming to the school, but not everyone was 100% dedicated. It makes such a big difference in not only the quality of the show, but in my enjoyment.

Where do you hope to perform this coming year?

I hope to get to perform at The Red Room, if not a larger venue.
