Academic Policies

It is up to you, the student, to be informed of the many academic policies in place throughout the College. The majority of these policies can be found in the introductory pages of the online Registration Guide or the Policy Handbook for Students. "No one ever told me that" is not a valid excuse. Academic Probation, other departments having different grading policies, not following up on paperwork, etc. can have serious, negative consequences for you.

Make sure to follow-up on all paperwork (CBX, grade changes, withdrawals) and keep all the copies sent to your student mailbox.

The Music Education department does not grant waivers for course requirements, prerequisites, or other academic policies.
