Advising

All music education majors are assigned a faculty advisor through the department upon acceptance to the program. Meetings between the student and the advisor are required twice a semester. The advisor is there to guide the majors as they progress through the major: grades, course grid, assignments, the Proficiency, final practicum, and any other needs within the major. Additional meetings are scheduled as needed.
